  After being scammed, or not having honesty in my calls, I wasted almost 3years in looking & going to other attorneys, (for your 1 time usually ' visit to speak with an attorney ) when I felt ready to give up, I did 1 more research and finally ".. for the 1st time, went to a lawyer's office, that the lawyer..not a assistant or someone else 'Will meet with you personally, AND' whenever you need to. Yes, calls ,faxes and emails to & from from the assistants are great to be able to do as well, and the assistants are good, or I dont believe they'd be working for her, front desk is pleasant and kind as well, (which means alot when your struggling and in pain,) there doing all they can , but I always preferred to get my info directly from my attorney. If you need a good disability lawyer, don't delay for it is a long process.. unless your 'sadly' .. going to pass away, which is no fault of the office, but just how it is, in NC ' And there is alot that goes into a case when it is extensive and a chronic illness, so though as I'm learning daily with my faith growing stronger, * try to be patient, * be sure you keep your attorney informed of all records , * Drs, * Reports, * test and * changes, and if in doubt..* call.. for Ms.Omalley will go the extra mile..explaining and answering any questions, even if you run over time.. she's there to do all she can, to be sure when she sees the judge, that she has any and all updated info. to help the client. I know, that she has already in the past few months been helpful and honest to a fault, no sugar coating, as some will do it seems.. but upfront so that you know all you need to and no question is to stupid to be asked , and is answered. I believe that she will do and has done much for those who need her assistance. And.. it is her speciality. So before you just 'call a number in the phone book, do your research, I believe you'll see what I did, and choose her and her office of "Omalley &Tunstall to represent you. So'... Ms. Susan.. your obvious knowledge of the law is apparent to us and I'm sure other's. I look forward now with hope, and the helplessness is less than before.. I Thank you!
